At this stage, a violation of urination as a constant urge to urinate and its difficulty, the sensation of a foreign body in the perineum, painful sensations during intercourse. Cystitis and pyelonephritis may be characteristic symptoms.
  3. In the third stage, the uterus completely falls into the vagina, and the neck completely falls out of the uterus. At this stage, women have pain while moving, and sexual relations are impossible.

At the first stage of ovulation of the uterus, special physical exercises aimed at strengthening the muscles of the vagina and pelvic floor will be effective. First of all, such a woman will be recommended to perform a complex of Kegel exercises that will help strengthen the musculoskeletal apparatus of the pelvis and prevent further omission of the uterus. Kegel exercises are simple and involve alternating tension and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles. This exercise can be performed not only at home, but also during trips in public transport and at work. Another effective exercise in the prevention of ovulation of the uterus is the "bicycle", which you need to perform lying on your back and on your side.

With the omission of the uterus of the second and third degree, women are offered surgical treatment.

In order not to miss the development of gynecological pathology, every woman should undergo scheduled examination by a doctor at least once a year. Many women do not realize that after their birth the uterus has lowered, and painful feelings are written off for premenstrual syndrome and ovulation.
