Stir, pour in white wine and stew for about 5 minutes on a small fire. As soon as the wine evaporates, spread the sour cream. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes. The resulting mixture is filled with buns, we sprinkle them with cheese, grated, and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce and mustard for about 30 minutes. Then fry until cooked in vegetable oil. Separately fry champignons, diced.

Transfer the fillets and mushrooms to a deep plate, add the corn, diced tomato, chopped greens and grated cheese (half). Add mayonnaise, salt to taste.
