While they cool, three on a small grater carrots, cut small onions, fry all this until golden brown and put to cool. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs to a homogeneous mass and slightly add salt, rub the cheese on a fine grater. Lubricate the baking sheet with cream or sunflower oil (you can use olive oil).
