Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Cheese three on a fine grater. Peeled potatoes three on a large grater, the same way we do with onions. We connect potatoes, onion, egg, add salt, pepper and mix well. The form in which we will prepare a casserole, grease with vegetable oil, we put half a potato-onion mass, then - pieces of fillet. Add the crushed dill to the cheese, mix it - this will be the next layer. Then lay out the remaining potato mass. The top of the future casserole is well lubricated with sour cream. If desired, you can also make a mesh of mayonnaise. The oven is heated to a temperature of 200 degrees and bake our dish for about 40-50 minutes, after which we cut the casserole portionwise and hot served to the table.

Carroth three on a large grater and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Chicken fillet pour cold water, bring to a boil, salt and pepper, reduce the heat and cook until ready for meat. In salted water, cook until pasta is ready, then turn them over to a colander and put half into a baking dish, greased with butter. On top of the pasta, put onions, cut into rings or semirings. The next layer - boiled chicken fillet, cut into cubes. Then spread the carrots and the remaining pasta.

Now we prepare the fill: break 2 eggs, add ketchup and mayonnaise to them and whisk. Fill the mixture with the casserole and send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. After that, pour in about 100 ml of broth from the chicken fillet and put again in the oven for another 10 minutes. Now beat the remaining eggs with salt and pepper, pour again casserole from the pasta with this mixture, you can still sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15-20 minutes before getting a crispy crust.

Vegetable casserole with chicken fillet

Peeled potatoes until cooked. Eggplants are cut into cubes of medium size. Carrot three on a medium grater, and finely chopped onions. Pepper is cut into strips, and fillets are cut into small pieces. Place the onions in a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry for 3 minutes, then add carrots to it and fry for another 2 minutes. After that add the fillet and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Then pour the pepper and eggplant, add the black pepper and salt to taste and simmer all together for about 10 minutes. With the potatoes drain the water, add butter, salt and milk and make a mash. In the baking dish, spread chicken fillet, stewed with vegetables, then - a layer of mashed potatoes and cheese grated. At a temperature of 180 degrees, cook the casserole with chicken fillet for about 25 minutes.
