We start cooking dumplings from the process of activating yeast. For its realization in warm kefir we give first to blossom fresh yeast, to dissolve sugar crystals and to extinguish food soda, for which the mixture is thoroughly stirred. We place the mass in warmth and comfort for fifteen minutes after that, and then, adding small amounts of sifted and mixed with salt flour, mix a soft, absolutely not sticky dough. Next, we create ideal conditions for proofing, placing it in a warm and quiet place. After increasing the mass in the volume by half, we knead it and form the varenichki. We put the billets temporarily on the surface dusted with flour. To cook dumplings in our case we will be on steam.
