With peppers cut off the tops and remove seeds from them. Cut the top of the finely chopped and mixed with cottage cheese and grated cheese. The resulting mixture is supplemented with crushed fresh herbs, salt and pepper. Home sausages are released from the shell, and fry with minced garlic until golden, and then pour the wine and leave it completely evaporated.

If desired, in addition to minced meat, in a separate frying pan you can fry mushrooms with onions and add these ingredients together with meat. Slightly chilled after roasting, mix with the cheese curd mixture and fill it with cavities inside the bell pepper. We put the peppers on the baking tray, close to each other.
