Green borsch with nettles

Chicken breast is washed, thrown into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Then we remove the saucepan from the fire, and the meat is washed again. After that, we return it to the broth and cook for about 1 hour. Next we add salt, pepper, we throw a laurel leaf, one peeled carrot and an onion. Cook the broth for 40 minutes and, as soon as it is almost ready, add the whole large peeled potatoes. The remaining bulb is cleaned, shredded in small cubes, and the carrot is chopped on a large grater. Then we pass the vegetables on the vegetable oil to golden.

The remaining potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes, and the nettle is slightly doused with boiling water. Sorrel is washed, dried on a towel and cut arbitrarily. Green onions, fresh parsley and dill finely shred. From the finished broth carefully take out meat, carrots and onions. Vegetables are thrown away, and the meat is separated from the bones and disassembled into fibers. We also take out large boiled potatoes and mash in puree, adding a little creamy oil. Now in the finished broth we add a little water, throw the pieces of meat, crushed potatoes and bring to a boil.

5 minutes after the potatoes lay out the roast, cover cover and cook for 10 minutes. Then we throw sorrel, nettle, green onion, bring to a boil and boil another 3 minutes. Do not forget to try borscht to taste and, if necessary, podsalivat and pepper.

Next, sprinkle borsch with chopped parsley and dill, boil, mix well and remove from the plate. Ready to cover the soup tightly and insist for 20-30 minutes. We serve a green borsch, spilling on plates and decorating with boiled eggs and sour cream. If you cook a small portion and plan to eat it for 1 day, then eggs can crumble directly into the pan.
