Margarine for baking is melted and combined with fat kefir, adding a pinch of fine salt. Stir the corolla of the combined products to a homogeneous state. The baking powder is spread over the flour, and then sifted together into a bowl with a total mass. Mixing the ingredients combine the ingredients and thus get a soft but dense dough. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a large, thin layer and cut it into the longest strips with a width of at least 7-8 centimeters.

Combine the starch with the right amount of sugar and fall asleep with this mixture separated from the stone berry cherries. We take the purchased puff dough from the package and give it a little thaw. Then we lay it on the working surface of the table, sprinkled with flour, and thinly roll it out. The resulting thin sheet of dough is cut into wide strips, starting from the edge from which they will get longer. Without expanding the stripes, sprinkle them with potato starch.

Cherries from the cans are thrown in a colander to get rid of useless syrup. We spread the canned cherries along the entire length of the dough strips and close the berries, tearing the edges of the puff pastry. The round shape intended for baking is oiled and, starting from its middle, spirally twist the tubules with cherries. We put the shape in the center of the oven and bake the cake at 175 degrees for 25 minutes first, and after another 10 minutes, increasing the temperature by 10 degrees.
