In each part, add 1.5 cups of sifted flour. The dough should turn out to be elastic, it is good to get rid of the hands. Now we divide each part by 3. It turns out 6 cakes: 3 white and 3 brown. Each part is thinly rolled, giving the desired shape, and pierce the dough with a fork. It is very convenient to roll out the dough immediately on paper, so as not to tear it while carrying it.
