The peculiarity of this recipe is that the teddy bear "Mishka" is cooked without eggs, thanks to which it can be used by people who are allergic to this product.
Ingredients:
For the test:
- flour - 3 cups;
- sour cream 20% fat - 1 glass;
- melted butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 1 cup;
- cocoa - 1 tbsp. spoons;
- soda, slaked with vinegar - 1 teaspoon;
- Vanilla sugar - 1 packet;
- salt - pinch.
For cream:
- sour cream - 1 liter;
- sugar - 1.5 cups.
For glaze:
- melted butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- cocoa - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- cream - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
We prepare the dough: mix sour cream with sugar, add butter, vanilla sugar, salt, soda, slaked vinegar. The resulting mixture is divided into 2 parts. In one half we add cocoa. In each part, add 1.5 cups of sifted flour. The dough should turn out to be elastic, it is good to get rid of the hands. Now we divide each part by 3.
