Pizza from ready-made yeast dough
Ingredients:
- yeast ready-made dough - 655 g;
- Fresh champignons - 235 g;
- cheese hard - 205 g;
- sausage - 205 g;
- chicken fillet - 145 g;
- tomato - 65 g;
- tomato ketchup - 35 ml;
- greens - 20 g.
Preparation
Champignons and tomatoes are washed and cut into thin plates. Sausage is shredded in circles, and the chicken fillet is boiled in salted boiling water and crushed in cubes. Greenery is washed and finely chopped, and the cheese is rubbed on the largest grater.
Chilled yeast dough is rolled into a thin layer, and the oven is preheated to a temperature of 205 degrees. Cover the pan with parchment paper and gently unfold the dough sheet.
