Pork meat can not be called capricious, requiring additional processing or a long cooking time. It is not hard, satisfying and tasty, as in a simple everyday dish, or in a unique for a festive table. There are different options for cooking pork, and vegetables always give the meat juiciness, tenderness and unique taste.
Pork in the oven with cheese and tomatoes is quite simple in cooking, without extra expense, a dish that will decorate the table with a family feast.

Pork with tomatoes and cheese baked in the oven

- Pork loin (chop) - 500 g;

- onions - 200 g;
- hard piquant cheese - 200 g;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- mayonnaise - 200 g;
- vegetable oil;
- salt;
- pepper;
- fresh greens of parsley and basil.
Preparation
- Pork loin on the bone (chop) - 900 g;
- tomatoes - 450 g;
- champignons - 200 g;
- hard piquant cheese - 330 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt;
- a mixture of freshly ground peppers;
- spices for pork;
- fresh greens of lettuce, parsley and basil.
Pork meat for baking is chosen from the dorsal part, as on chops, washed it, carefully dry it with a paper towel or napkins, remove the spinal bones (if any) and cut into pieces with a thickness of about seven millimeters. Then lightly beat off and put on greased pan with vegetable oil. Slices of salt and pepper, evenly place on them peeled and chopped onion rings and cover generously with mayonnaise.
We cut rinsed and dried tomatoes with ringlets, put it on top of mayonnaise, pritrushivayem finely chopped garlic, chopped greens, salt, pepper, put each slice for a little more mayonnaise and sprinkled with a large layer of grated cheese on a fine grater. We bake the dish in the oven at a temperature of 185 degrees thirty minutes.
We spread baked with tomatoes under cheese pork on plates, we decorate with basil leaves and we submit to a table with fresh vegetables or boiled potatoes.

Pork baked with accordion with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese

Fresh pork loin is washed, drained thoroughly with paper napkins or towels and we make in the piece cuts at a distance of one centimeter from each other and the depth to the costal bones. We get a semblance of "accordion". Then the meat is salted, peppered, rubbed with spices and pounded with garlic, covered with food film and allowed to stand for two hours.
