Pork tenderloin - recipe

Pork tenderloin is one of the most delicate parts of pork, from which it is possible to cook a variety of different dishes. We offer you pork tenderloin recipes in the oven and in a pan.

Roll of pork tenderloin

We have already told how to cook pork tenderloin in the oven and on the stove without spending a lot of time and effort on it, but now we offer a slightly more complicated recipe.

Ingredients:

Cut the tenderloin along several times, only gently, not to the end, but in such a way that you have an unfolded canvas. Salt and pepper it from both sides. 2 cloves garlic fry in vegetable oil, and when they are browned, get them and fry on the same oil mushrooms.

Then again fry another 2 cloves of garlic, and when they turn golden, in the same oil fry the spinach for 4-5 minutes, adding a little water. Cut the mozzarella into thin strips. Onion chop half-rings fry in butter until soft with thyme sprigs.

On the meat cloth lay mushrooms, spinach and cheese, wrap the roll and tie with a rope. Fry it from all sides in a frying pan, and then transfer it to a roasting dish, having previously placed onion fried on the bottom. Cover the form with foil and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Then remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve the roll with a vegetable salad.

Roasted pork tenderloin

Cut the slices into slices 1 cm thick, across the fibers. Season with spices, add the vinegar, mix and marinate for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Then heat the pan well and fry the pork on both sides for two minutes, until a golden crust appears. Serve with fresh or stewed vegetables.

Baked pork tenderloin

Ingredients:

Bread crumbles crumble, mix crumbs with softened butter, spices, salt and chopped garlic. You should have an almost homogeneous mass. Lay it on the parchment in the form of a rectangle and put in the refrigerator to freeze.

Cut the meanwhile wash, salt, pepper and bake for 10 minutes in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Remove the meat, reduce the heat to 180 degrees, place the frozen bread rectangle on top of the tenderloin, squeeze it slightly and put in the oven for another 35 minutes. After cooking, keep the dish warm for another 10 minutes. Then take out, cut into portions and enjoy.

Pork tenderloin medallions

Ingredients:

Preparation

Cut the tenderloin, chop and cut into pieces, 1.5-2 cm thick, across the fibers. Season the medallions with salt and pepper, put in a small bowl, squeeze out the garlic and mix well. Put the pork in the refrigerator for a minimum of half an hour, or better by three, so that it is de-marinated.

Then just fry the medallions in a frying pan on both sides, about 4-5 minutes from each and serve with any side dish.
