The menu consists of protein products, such as meat, fish, skimmed dairy products and eggs. Be sure to eat 1.5 tablespoons of oat bran daily. With increased cholesterol, you can not eat more than 4 yolks per week.

It is forbidden to eat products containing starch.

Recommendations

Increase the time of walks from 30 minutes, continue to consume at least 1.5 liters of fluid.

The duration of the third phase depends on the amount of weight lost. For each weight dropped, 10 days are required.
