Salad with green apple and lentils
Ingredients:

- olive oil - 15 ml;
- mustard - 1 teaspoon;
- honey - 1 teaspoon;
- lemon juice - 1 tsp;

- salt.
Preparation
Lentils are washed and boiled until cooked. Dill, parsley and red onion finely crumb. We cut the apple with thin plates. We prepare the dressing: in vegetable stock add olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt to taste and mix. In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients, pour them on top with a prepared dressing and mix. On a dish we put leaves of a green salad, and from above we put our salad. We let it brew for about 30 minutes, and then we serve it to the table.
Salad with green apple and chicken
Ingredients:
- boiled chicken - 250 g;
- celery (stalks) - 2 pcs .;
- champignons - 100 g;
- green apples - 2 pieces;
- cranberry dried - 50 g;
- feta - 50 g;
- Freshly ground mint - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- chopped parsley - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- fresh spinach - 250 g;
- pecans - 50 g.
For refueling:
- apple puree - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- apple vinegar - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- apple juice freshly squeezed - 0.5 cup;
- mustard dijon - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- dates - 30 g;
- rosemary fresh - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- Thyme crushed - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt, pepper - for 0.5 teaspoon.
Preparation
Ingredients for dressing the salad we put in a blender and grind to a homogeneous mass. Chicken, mushrooms, celery, cut into cubes, add cranberries, feta, parsley, mint and mix. We spread the dressing from above and mix it. On a flat dish we spread spinach, we place a salad on top, and on it we spread apples, cut into slices. - parsley - 30 g;
- lemon - half;

- salt.
Preparation
