For baking in the oven, it is advisable to choose a pumpkin of sugar variety. It will undoubtedly turn out more tender and tastier. The fruit should be washed before cooking, cut first in half, take the seeds with the pulp, and then cut into slices as thin as two centimeters.

In a bowl, mix water, honey, flowery liquid and sunflower or olive oil without fragrance. If desired, a bit of ground cinnamon can be added to the resulting mixture. Pour the resulting mixture of pumpkin slices, laid in a dish for cooking in the oven or on a baking sheet, and send them for baking in a device heated up to 185 degrees for fifty minutes. Ten minutes before the end of the process, sprinkle the pumpkin slices on top of the sugar and increase the temperature of the oven to maximum.

Pumpkin baked in the oven with honey nuts and whole cinnamon

To bake a pumpkin entirely, choose a small fruit, wash it thoroughly and wipe it dry. Now carefully cut off the top of the cap and through the resulting hole, remove the seeds and clean the spoon with a fibrous flesh. Nuts dry in the oven or on a dry frying pan, and then grind to a crumb in a mortar or grind in a blender. Mix the walnut mass with honey, cinnamon and lemon juice and fill the mass with a cavity in the pumpkin.

We cover the hole of the pumpkin with a cut-off "lid", place the product on a baking tray, into which we pour very little water, and bake a treat for half an hour at a temperature of 185 degrees.

After the signal, leave the pumpkin still for a while in the oven, and then move to the dish and can serve.

Pumpkin baked with apples, honey and sour cream

Before you send baked pumpkin with apples, it must be peeled and peeled, then cut into cubes and let down to a slight softening in a frying pan with butter and a small amount of water. While the pumpkin is stewed, we clean the apples from the core and, if desired, from the skins and cut them into thin slices. We also prepare the filling by mixing sour cream with honey, crushed nuts and cinnamon ground. Nuts must be pre-dried on a baking sheet in the oven or on a dry frying pan.

Now put in the oiled and breadcrumbed breading form of the gourd pumpkin, sprinkle with slices of steamed raisins and lay out apple slices on top. We pour the composition with a mixture of honey and sour cream and send it to bake at the maximum temperature for half an hour.

This variant of the treats can be supplemented with pumpkin seeds, replacing them with nuts, and using natural yoghurt instead of sour cream.
