Make sure that the dough does not fill the mug completely, otherwise it will flow out through the edges during cooking. Amazingly lush and wet, the cupcake "Despair" cooked without milk, but with the addition of kefir, is obtained. Instead of cocoa in this recipe, we will use instant coffee.

The egg is sent to the mug first, which must be beaten with yogurt and powdered sugar. Next, pour in the oil, add coffee with flour and baking powder, and whisk the ingredients repeatedly. Note that it is required to achieve only the uniformity of the mixture, to over-beat the ingredients, oversaturating the dough with oxygen, is unnecessary, otherwise the cake will come out too porous, pour over the edges, and after extraction it will immediately settle. Place the mug at 900 watts per minute and check the readiness with a wooden skewer. Depending on the volume of the mug and the features of your device, you may need to continue cooking for up to 30 seconds.
