Recipe for a great dish - chicken medallions

Chicken fillet has a fairly neutral taste and it can be said that it's a little dry. But there are many successful ways of preparing it, in which it not only will not lose its juice, but will become even juicier and more vivid taste. One of these great cooking recipes are chicken medallions.

Recipe for chicken medallions in the oven

A fairly simple and quick recipe, and the products are the simplest. But the taste is incredibly tender and fragrant.

Each piece of fillet is cut into two halves across and slightly repulsed. However, you can cut as convenient and more like you, the taste of the dish is not affected. In a mortar rub garlic fresh, dry, a mixture of peppers, leaves from a single branch of rosemary, oil and salt. We turn all this into a paste and we rub each piece of meat. We put medallions in the dishes for baking (preferably smaller diameter, but deeper), and each layer is watered with cream. From above all we rub with cheese and bake at an average temperature about half an hour.

Chicken breast is divided into fillets and each such file is cut into two flat pieces of medallion. Slightly beat them, salt off and sprinkle with pepper. So they stand for a few minutes to lightly marinate.

Onions and dill shall be chopped and fried in oil, as soon as the onion has become transparent, pour into the frying pan a mixture of soy sauce with wasabi and stew while the liquid evaporates.

Eggs boil hard boiled and pour cold water to make them cool faster and then better cleaned.

Medallions fry for 2 minutes on both sides in a very hot frying pan and put into a bowl for the oven in one layer. Eggs are cleaned and finely chopped, mixed with onions. Bulgarian pepper cut into pieces one for each medallion. Avocados are extracted from the shell and also cut into pieces. If you get a very ripe fruit, then you can make portions of a tablespoon.

Now for each piece of chicken spread on a spoon of filling, a piece of pepper and avocado, and top, on a fine grater rubbed with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 230 degrees, and then leave for another 5 minutes in the off oven.
