The composition of these loaves includes aromatic spices, and therefore before the preparation begins they will have to be grinded in a mortar or smashed with the flat side of the knife to release the entire fragrance. Add to the spices a generous pinch of salt, mix everything with flour.

Warm the warm water with honey and sprinkle yeast on the surface. Leave everything for 10 minutes after mixing, and then pour the yeast solution to the flour mixture. Knead the sticky dough and leave it for an hour.

Crispy buckwheat and rye bread

Together with rye flour you can use any other sorts: add ordinary wheat, whole grains or buckwheat flour. Below we decided to stay on the last option and cook some of the easiest breads that do not even contain yeast in the composition.

These rye bread at home are made ridiculously easy. Flour should be combined with a pinch of salt and baking powder. In warm water, dilute the honey and pour everything into the flour. Next, send poppy seeds, sesame seeds and soft butter. Start mixing the dough until it comes together. If it goes out excessively sticky - sprinkle the working surface with flour and roll everything to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Slice the dough into circles of equal size, using a cutting or a conventional cup. Make a hole in the center and nail the whole surface with a fork. Lubricate the surface of the loaf with egg if desired and sprinkle with additional seeds. Send the bake at 200 degrees to ruddy.
