Sweet fruit salad with sour cream
Ingredients:
- apples - 3 pieces;
- pears - 3 pieces;
- grapes - 250 g;
- sour cream - 1 glass;
- juice of half a lemon;
- honey - 1.5 tbsp. spoons;
- pine nuts - 20 g.
Preparation
Apples and pears are peeled and cut into cubes. Add grapes (if the berries are small, leave whole, if large, then cut in half), lemon juice, honey. If it is sugared, then pre-melt it in a water bath or in a microwave. Just before serving, add sour cream and pine nuts to the table.

Ingredients:

- orange - 1 piece;

- sugar, black ground pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Fruits peel and pulp cut into cubes and mix. Add the grated boiled yolk, vegetable oil, salt, lemon juice, sugar, pepper, sour cream and mix everything well. Immediately we serve to the table.
