We fold each layer with rolls and cut it into fragments about three centimeters wide. Lubricate the surface of the products with beaten eggs, tear with sesame seeds or poppy seeds and send it to bake on a baking sheet in a hot oven. After about fifteen or twenty minutes of staying at a temperature of 200-220 degrees, the puffs will brown and after cooling they will be ready for use.
