After all, there is probably no easier way to cook delicious, aromatic pastries and, most importantly, crispy. All you need for a classic recipe for flaky "ears" is a dough pack, a glass of sugar and 30 minutes of time. Try to cook it in the evening after work or to wake up the family on Saturday with the delicious smell of fresh baked goods. Your household will eat it faster than you cook.

If you are a fan of cooking dough yourself and categorically against the purchased product, for fear of harmful additives in the form of palm or coconut oil, then this recipe is just right for you. "Ears" of puff pastry are prepared very easily, and the dough itself is kneaded quickly. In the simplest recipe for layered "ears" only sugar is used for sprinkling, but you can add vanilla, cinnamon, various kinds of nuts, sesame, poppy. You can mix several types of stuffing - it's a matter of your taste and preferences.

For the dough mix the melted butter with flour, salt and water. We mix it well, then roll it out on the table to make a rectangle. Sprinkle the cake with sugar and vanilla, then wrap it from both ends to the center with rolls. From the test we cut the "ears" with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm, lay out the cookies on the baking sheet covered with parchment and bake for about 20 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, until our pastry is browned. "Ears" of puff pastry spread on a plate and sprinkle with sugar.

Today, ready-made puff pastry can be bought at any store. So, on the way home, you can run to the supermarket, buy a packing and at home quickly cook "ears" of puff pastry. Time will pass very little, and the family will be pleased with a friendly tea-party with delicious pastries. If the dough pack is already in your freezer and waits for your hour, then before moving to work, put it in the fridge, then on arrival you will not have to wait until the dough is defrosted and you can immediately begin the process of preparing the "ears" from puff pastry.

The finished dough is thawed, rolled into a layer on a flour-poured table, sprinkle with nuts, cinnamon and sugar, then roll off the ends to the middle in 2 rolls. You can first roll with a rolling pin on the nuts, so that they are slightly pressed, but do not overdo it. The dough is cut into pieces with a thickness of about 1-1.5 cm, lay out the flaky biscuits "ears" on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes before blanching. You can simply grease the baking sheet with oil, but the parchment, first, protects the cookies from burning, because the sugar can melt, and secondly, it is much easier to wash such a baking sheet.

By the way, you can prepare puff "ears" as with sugar or sweet powder, and with herbs, cheese, cheese, bacon, garlic or red pepper. To do this, put the filling on the dough plate and fold it into "curls". Biscuits are baked the same 15-20 minutes, but you can already serve it not only for tea, but also for the soup.
