Salad with pepper, ham and cheese
Ingredients:
- olive oil;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- green onions;
- fresh thyme;
- tomato - 1 pc .;
- wine vinegar - 4 teaspoons;
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon;
- olive oil - 1 teaspoon;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- ham - 70 g;
- cheese - 40 g;
- arugula.
Preparation
In a frying pan, we warm up the olive oil and fry the pepper cut into it for 2-3 minutes. At the end of the cooking, add chopped onions and thyme. We cut ham and tomatoes into cubes.
In a small bowl mix vinegar, Dijon mustard, chopped thyme, butter, salt and pepper.
We put all the ingredients of the salad in a bowl, mix and pour the dressing. If you want to take a salad with pepper , ham, cheese and tomatoes with you, then pour the dressing to the bottom of the jar, or the container, and lay all the ingredients on top. Before use, shake the container to mix the ingredients with dressing.
Salad with ham, cheese, pepper and cucumber
Ingredients:
- pickled cucumbers - 1-2 pieces;
- ham - 300 g;
- green onions;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- salt pepper;
- cheese - 100 g;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation
All the ingredients: cucumber, ham, cheese and pepper, cut into cubes and mix in a salad bowl. We fill the salad with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and serve, decorated with green onions. If you do not want a salad with cucumbers - replace them with other favorite vegetables, for example, prepare a salad with pepper, tomatoes and ham.
Salad with ham, mushrooms and bell peppers
Ingredients:
- ham - 200 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- pickled mushrooms - 200 g;
- pepper - 1 piece;
- sweet red onions - 1 pc .;
- celery - 1 stem;
- mayonnaise;
- Dijon mustard - 2 teaspoons;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt pepper.
Preparation
Eggs are boiled and cut into cubes. Similarly, cut all the vegetables, and pickled mushrooms. Chop onion as finely as possible. For dressing mix Mayonnaise (1/4 cup) with Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl and season with sauce based on mayonnaise.
This salad can be eaten just like that, or used for sandwiches, or lavash rolls.
