We close the pots with lids and send them to the oven, preheated to an average temperature of 40-50 minutes (depending on the meat). After the specified time, remove the pot from the oven, remove the bulbs and discard. We add potatoes to each pot with slices and pepper, cut into short thick straws, pour a little water. Stirring. We cover the pots and send them to the oven for another 20 minutes. Finely cook the stew with a slice of lemon, chopped finely with garlic, hot red pepper and chopped herbs. We serve in pots with cakes and table wine.

Braised goat meat is also very tasty. Preparing stewed goat looks just like cooking stew lamb or veal.
