Eggs, thus, are prepared at least twice as fast, and also much easier, because now you do not have to pore over preserving the integrity of the yolk. Whip 4 eggs together with a good pinch of salt. Pour eggs into a frying pan with melted butter, wait until they grab from below and mix, as if overlaying pieces on top of each other. Again wait until the bottom is seized, and repeat the procedure.

While the eggs are on fire, mash the cream cheese with finely chopped herbs. Remove the frying pan with eggs from the fire and lay the cheese on top. Count to ten and mix all the ingredients together.

Serve scrambled eggs over a crispy toast .

Scrambled eggs with tomatoes

On a small amount of oil, slice the diced tomatoes with pepper until the latter is half cooked. Mix the vegetables with the peas.

Eggs beat with chopped green onions and soy. Pour over the vegetable frying pan and stir until the fried egg grits on all sides.
