Salad with smoked hot smoked fish

- smoked fish - 135 g;
- boiled paste - 2 items;
- cherry tomatoes - 95 g;
- mixed salad - 110 g;
- soft cheese - 65 g.
For refueling:
- sweet mustard - 1 teaspoon;
- garlic chives;
- lemon juice - 15 ml;
- wine vinegar - 15 ml;
- olive oil - 15 ml;
- honey - 5 ml.
Preparation
Start by making a simple salad dressing. It is enough for it to whip all the ingredients from the list together until an emulsion is obtained. Then you can go to the fish, it is enough to divide into thin plates. Cheese can be crumbled and mixed with pasta and fish, add slices of tomatoes and mix everything with the ready-made salad mix. Before serving, season the salad with the prepared sauce.
Salad with smoked cold smoked fish - recipe
Another quick version of a delicious and healthy salad, it is based on a cold-smoked salmon fillet, mixed with arugula and avocado. Such a salad is a great way to gain strength for the coming work day.
Ingredients:
For salad:
- smoked salmon - 185 g;
- avocados - 2 pieces;
- cucumber - 85 g;
- handful of arugula.
For refueling:
- olive oil - 45 ml;
- lemon juice - 25 ml;
- rice vinegar - 10 ml;
- honey - 10 ml;
- soy sauce - 25 ml.
Preparation
Beat together all components of the refueling. Divide the smoked salmon into pieces of equal thickness. Cut the avocado into cubes, and divide the cucumber into thin strips using a slicer or grater. Mix the avocado, cucumber and fish, add the washed and dried roccola, and then season the dish.
Salad with rice and smoked red fish
Another nourishing version of a healthy dish for every day is this salad made from a mixture of rice, greens and fish. You can fill the dish with low-fat sour cream or yoghurt.
Ingredients:
- yoghurt - 65 ml;
- soft cheese - 95 g;
- juice of one lemon;
- green onions - 2 feathers;
- mix of salad - 135 g;
- smoked fish - 165 g;
- a handful of walnut kernels;
- boiled rice - 1/2 st.
Preparation
Season the yogurt with a good pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Grind the onion and combine it with fish pieces, add cold boiled rice, chopped nuts and a mix of salad. After mixing, pour everything with yogurt dressing and lemon juice, sprinkle the salad with pieces of soft cheese.
Smoked fish salad with potatoes
Salmon perfectly matches with potatoes, especially with tender and sweetish young tubers. Prove it with a classic summer potato salad.
Ingredients:
For salad:
- potatoes - 930 g;
- red onion - 65 g;
- smoked salmon - 145 g;
- capers - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
For refueling:
- sour cream - 115 g;
- mayonnaise - 75 g;
- Dijon mustard - 5 g;
- lemon juice - 15 ml;
- greens of dill - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Preparation
Boiled potatoes of potatoes cool and divide into pieces of equal size. Cut the red onion into thin rings and mix with the potatoes and pieces of fish. Sprinkle all the capers. Now prepare a simple dressing from a mixture of sour cream, mustard, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the mixture with herbs of dill and a pinch of salt. Season the salad and serve immediately.
