Mix the milk with butter and flour, place everything on the fire and wait for the boiling. In the meantime, combine the yolks and sugar until a whitish cream is formed. Then start pouring hot milk to the egg mixture, regularly and as quickly as possible mixing. Pour the cream back into the dishes, return to the fire and, stirring, bring to a thickening. Leave it to cool completely during the preparation of the cake.

Combine the warmed honey with butter and eggs, add soda to the mixture. Usually, honey is enough to extinguish soda, but just in case, pour a little vinegar to be sure that the reaction has gone completely. Add sugar and leave the crystals to dissolve completely. After kneading the dough with flour, cut it into pieces of the desired size and thinly roll each. Crisps fry in a dry frying pan until they start to bubble, and then, after cooling, cover with cream. If the cottage cheese for the cakes was too dry and granular, then wipe it before adding to the dough, otherwise the grain in it will be too noticeable.

Combine all ingredients from the list of ingredients for the dough together. Ready com leave a rest in the cool, previously divided into several parts, the number of which is determined by the desired size of the dessert.
