Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then thinly roll it out and cut it into rectangles. Each rectangle of the dough is fried in a large amount of vegetable oil until golden brown.

The dough for brushwood on kefir should turn out to be rather tight and elastic, but at the same time to keep its elasticity. Such an informal snack can be an excellent addition to a light dinner, or a glass of beer.

Warm kefir mixed with a pinch of salt and sifted flour in a soft and elastic dough. We give the test to rest under a damp towel, and in the meantime we will rub the cheese, mix it with the egg and a small amount of mustard (1-1.5 tsp). The dough is divided into 4 parts, each of which must be thinly rolled out (about 2 mm). On the dough layer, we evenly distribute the cheese stuffing, cover with the second same layer and cut into long narrow ribbons. Each ribbon is twisted and, if desired, sprinkled with dried Provencal herbs.

Preparation of cheese crispy brushwood on kefir will take about 8 minutes at 200 degrees.
