The gallbladder, as can be understood from the name, is the organ of a person performing the function of a peculiar reservoir for bile produced by the liver. It is located in the lower lobe of the liver between its lobes (right and square). After eating, bile is secreted into the duodenum. And between meals it is stored in the gall bladder.
Why there are stones in the gallbladder?
The cause of the formation of stones in the gall bladder is one - a metabolic disorder. The appearance of stones is already a symptom of this disease, due to which the composition of bile is broken. Initially, in the bile, all substances are in a strictly defined ratio. It:
- cholesterol ;
- bilirubin;
- bile acids;
- minerals.
As a result of metabolic disorders, their concentration is disturbed and, as some of them are poorly soluble, the result is precipitation and formation of stones.
The causes of the formation of stones in the gallbladder
As we have already explained, the main reason for the formation of stones is a metabolic disorder . There are several reasons for this:
- heredity;
- poor-quality food (irregular intake of food, low quality, high cholesterol in the consumed products);
- the use of alcohol in large doses;
- diseases of other internal organs (in particular, the liver);
- female sex hormones (when pregnant or taking contraceptives, with a broken hormonal background);
- passive way of life.
Psychosomatics of the formation of gallstones
We all heard the expression "... bile from him and pret", "bilious person". This fully describes the psychotype of the person who is prone to this ailment. As a rule, it is a person:
- easily irritated;
- He is aggressive, his anger is strong;
- preferring to revel in a sense of resentment;
- proud;
- excessively hypochondriac and susceptible, projecting the situation upon oneself;
- not knowing how to conflict productively (that is, not solving the problem in the course of the conflict).
To reduce the risk of gallstones, attention should be paid not only to the physical components (nutrition, lifestyle) that can trigger the onset of the disease. Psychological background is no less important: one must try to get rid of offenses, learn to control attacks of irritation and anger, allow yourself and other people to have the right to make a mistake.
