Eggs stuffed with cheese

Therefore, we make a move with a knight and prepare another version of this simple snack with cheese for another celebration.

Eggs boil for 10-12 minutes, and then let them completely cool in the icy water. After cleaning from the shell, cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks from them. We rub the yolks with cream cheese, onions and pieces of fried bacon (or ham). To taste, add a little spicy sauce, salt, pepper and mustard. We fill the resulting mixture of cavity in the eggs.

Put pieces of pepper, yolks, hard cheese, sauce, salt with pepper and mayonnaise into the bowl of the blender (if desired, it can be replaced with olive oil). We rub everything to form a homogeneous mass, which is then spread into egg whites with a confectionery bag or a simple teaspoon.

Mushrooms are cut as finely as possible, you can even beat them with a blender. In the frying pan, we heat the oil and fry the mushrooms on it, seasoning them with salt, pepper and thyme. Add the fried mushrooms to the yolks, ground with cheese, and fill the egg with egg whites.

Bacon fry until crunch and break into a crumb. Whisk egg whites with cheese and avocado pulp, add the chopped parsley, lime juice, dried tomatoes and salt with pepper to taste. Stuff the squirrels and sprinkle all the breadcrumbs of bacon.
