Turkey with a quince in the oven - recipe
Ingredients:
- turkey (fillet) - 1 kg;
- prunes - 120 g;
- quince - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- dry white wine - 100 ml;
- salt;
- pepper;
- butter natural - 50 g;
- olive oil - 15 ml.
Preparation
The fillet of turkey is cut into large pieces. Solim them, to taste pepper. Garlic cloves are cleaned and crushed. Olive oil is heated in a frying pan, we send there garlic and lightly fry. Then we put the pieces of fillet there and fry until light comes on high heat. We remove the meat from the frying pan and put it in the mold. Fill with fragrant garlic butter. Prunes fill with hot water and leave for 10 minutes. Melt the butter. Pre-washed quince chop slices and fry it in it. Put them in a mold for meat. We put prunes there. Pour a little wine and put in a heated oven. We prepare the first 40 minutes under foil, and then we remove it and bake a turkey with a quince for another 15 minutes.
The recipe for a turkey with potatoes in the oven
Ingredients:
- turkey fillet - 800 g;
- Parmesan cheese - 170 g;
- fatty mayonnaise - 50 g;
- tomato - 1 pc .;
- onion - 1 piece;
- potatoes - 1 kg;
- salt;
- pepper.
Preparation
Fillet of my turkey and cut into small portions. Then we beat each of them with a hammer, salt and pepper. Pour the oil on the pan, lay the fillet and fry it on both sides. Onions are cleaned, small shreds. The turkey fillet is moved to one side of the pan, and the second is fried onions. Until half cooked we boil the potatoes in the peel, cool it, clean it and cut it into round pieces. We chop the tomato with large slices, and chop the cheese with a large grater. The oven is heated to 200 degrees. Lay out the ingredients on a greased baking sheet: meat, onions, potatoes and tomatoes. Lubricate the surface with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. We put in the oven for 40 minutes.
Turkey in foil in oven - recipe
Ingredients:
- turkey (fillet) - 1.3 kg;
- Dijon mustard - 20 g;
- spice;
- salt;
- olive oil - 15 ml.
Preparation
We wash the turkey and drain it. For the marinade mix the oil, mustard, salt and spices. Mix well and get a mass of fillet fillets. The turkey should stand in the marinade for 2 hours, so that the meat is well marinated. Then wrap it with 2 layers of foil and bake at 200 degrees for 60 minutes. Let the ready meat cool down, and then cut it into slices.
The recipe for baking turkey in the oven
Ingredients:
- turkey (fillet) - 2 kg;
- honey natural - 60 g;
- sugar brown - 90 g;
- pineapples canned - 0,5 l;
- pepper;
- mustard in beans - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 30 ml;
- salt - 5 g.
Preparation
We combine sugar with olive oil, honey, salt, mustard and pepper. Add the pineapple juice and stir well. With the resulting sauce rub the washed meat and let it stand for 2 hours in the cold. We put the meat in a heat-resistant form, cover with foil and send it to bake for 2 hours. Approximately every 30 minutes it needs to be turned over. Then we take the meat and spread the pineapple rings over the surface and put it back in the oven. In about 20 minutes the meat will be ready!
