Depending on what disorders and manifestations prevail in vegetovascular dystonia, it is classified into several types. Consider the features of the most common of them.
Vegeto-vascular dystonia in cardial type
Typical complaints with this type of pathology are:
- pain in the region of the heart (aching, baking, bursting, pulsating, etc.);
- irregular heartbeats;
- a feeling of intense heartbeat;
- a feeling of sinking heart;
- fast fatigue ;
- intolerance to physical activity.
Attacks occur due to various factors. The peculiarity of this type of vegetovascular dystonia and its difference from cardiac pathologies is that heart examinations, as a rule, do not reveal any structural and organic changes.
Vegeto-vascular dystonia by hypotonic type
Patients with this form of vegetovascular dystonia are diagnosed with low blood pressure, which is associated with decreased vascular tone. Other manifestations are:
- weakness;
- fatigue;
- pallor;
- "Tides" in the form of redness, heat of the face;
- chilliness of limbs;
- meteosensitivity.
Vegeto-vascular dystonia according to the hypertonic type
Due to the increased vascular tone in patients with this diagnosis, there is increased blood pressure, but hypertensive crises are rare in these patients and usually no medication is required to normalize the indices. Also for this diagnosis, the following symptoms are characteristic:
- headache;
- heart palpitations ;
- dizziness;
- sweating;
- increased fatigue.
Vegeto-vascular dystonia by mixed type
In this case, pathological manifestations include symptoms of various types of vegetovascular dystonia. Thus, blood pressure jumps (low in the morning, high in the evening), headaches, meteorological dependence, heart rate irregularities, etc. are observed. This kind of pathology is considered the most difficult to diagnose.
