Ingredients:
- flour - 500 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- kefir - 300 ml;
- food soda - 1 teaspoon;

Preparation
To make a dough for steamed dumplings, take a deep bowl, sift the flour into it, throw the soda vinegar, which is extinguished, and break the egg. Then pour kefir and quickly knead a homogeneous dough. After that, we shift it to the table, powdered with flour, and knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Next, cover it with a towel and leave it to go for half an hour. In the meantime, we make a filling for dumplings. To do this, we curd cottage cheese with sugar, inject the egg and mix until homogeneous or whisk with a blender.
