First of all rub the soft butter with sugar. Then add the vanilla sugar, beaten up to the splendor of the egg and once again punch the mixer all together. Now we clean and transform into mashed potatoes bananas, add them to the dough, lay sour cream and whisk again the mass to homogeneity. Now we put the obtained dough into the molds for the capkake, filling them by two thirds of the total volume, and place it in the oven preheated to 190 degrees at an average level. After about twenty minutes, the capkaki will brown and be ready.

For feeding, you can prepare an additional banana cream for capkake and complement them with products, squeezing it from above with a confectionery bag. To make it, mix a bit of beaten up soft butter and a glass of powdered sugar, and beat together for seven minutes. Then add the banana mashed potatoes mixed with lemon juice, vanilla and whisk again with a mixer until fluffy. Now, in small portions, we introduce the remaining powder while continuing to whisk. Before decorating the products, the cream should stand in the refrigerator for about an hour.

In a bowl, place the dry ingredients. The mashed banana is combined with the liquid components and mixed with the dry ones until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Fill the resulting mixture three-fourths of the total volume of the capkake mold and place them for twenty minutes in a preheated oven to 185 degrees.

When ready, chocolate capkaki can be served with a banana filling, prepared according to the recipe above. You can cover the cream with this cream on top or fill them with capkakes inside, taking out a little pulp with a spoon and filling the void with stuffing.
