When the mass starts to gather together in a fairly thick lump, stop the blender and divide the filling into portions with a teaspoon. Before you make yourself a chocolate candy at home, you need to give the balls fillings to rest in the freezer for at least a couple of hours.

Pour oil into the chopped chocolate and put everything in a water bath. When the chocolate melts, put the cream bead on the fork and dip into the chocolate. Leave the residue to drain, and the shell itself completely freeze.

Mass froze a couple of hours, and then blind the spheres from it. Each candy roll in nuts, cocoa or sugar before serving.
