Next, pour in the olive oil and put the semolina. Repeatedly walk through the test with a whisk, pouring coconut shavings. Pour the finished dough into a greased cast-iron or other thick-walled frying pan and place on medium heat, covered with a lid and a foil sheet. Leave everything for half an hour, and then remove the cake from the fire and let it brew already outside the heat source, but covered with a lid and foil. After 15 minutes, you can remove the lid and leave the treat until completely cooled.
