To prepare stuffed chicken drumsticks in the oven, we need to prepare the legs first. To do this, carefully remove the skin from them and, with the help of a kitchen knife, remove the bone with meat. This is where the whole complexity lies. When you have one skin in your hands, rinse it gently and start stuffing. To do this, we make the stuffing: cut off the meat from the cut pieces of the leg, shred it with cubes and add the grated cheese. Mushrooms are processed, chopped slices and fried in a warmed oil until ready. Then we spread them to the meat mass and podsalivaem to taste. All carefully mix and spread the mixture into the legs. Properly fix the edges, put the billets on a baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Prunes are washed, scalded with boiling water and cut into cubes. Bulb and garlic is cleaned, little shred, and parsley is cut with a knife. Fused cheese and frozen butter are rubbed on a coarse grater and combine all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, mixing with hands until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
