Blackberry Pouring

The blackberry has a pleasant amber tint and a rich taste, it is much easier to prepare it for wine, and the result is no worse, especially if we follow our simple recipes.

Recipe for blackberry

Pouring can be prepared in two ways: using alcohol and without it. In the recipes, we will next consider the technology of preparing a liqueur without alcohol.

Before preparing the brewing from blackberries, the berries should be picked, separated from the pedicels and thoroughly washed, and then dried. Pure berries should be filled in a bottle or glass jar, pouring sugar on each layer of blackberry. The pour is left to wander in the sun or in the heat for one week, while the neck of the container with the raw material for filling should be tied with a gauze lid and do not forget to shake the contents from time to time. As soon as the first signs of fermentation become visible (the bubbles of carbon dioxide evidencing bacterial activity), change the gauze cover to a rubber glove or install a water seal on the neck of the jar. Now the pouring will go on in the cool for a month or until the end of fermentation.

The finished drink should be filtered through several layers of gauze, then bottled and sealed.

Pouring blackberry on vodka

Alcohol containing blackberries can be prepared on diluted alcohol directly, or with the use of good vodka as a basis. For such a filling, you do not need to ferment the raw materials first, the berry puree is immediately poured with alcohol and put in any cool place.

Soft and ripe, and most importantly whole berries need to be sorted, cleared from the pedicels and thoroughly washed. Clean blackberries are dried on paper towels and mashed into a slurry with sugar in any enameled dishes. The resulting berry puree is poured for fermentation in glass jars, pour with vodka and mix well. Next, cover the lid with a lid and leave it warm for a month. After 30 days, the liquid from the blackberry is filtered through the gauze filter, trying not to affect the sediment, and bottled. The poured beverage is ready for use. Serve the blackberry filling better chilled.
