Aniseed seeds should be properly ground in a mortar, filled in a container and filled with vodka. We insist on vodka in a dark place for two weeks. Then pour the tincture into the distilling apparatus and add the boiled water. We distill the vodka mixture so that in the end we have about two and a half liters of anisic alcohol. Sugar syrup should be thick. We pour it into alcohol, mix it and pour it on hermetically sealed bottles.

Anise liquor, which is called sambuk in a different way, is prepared very simply at home. Spices pour alcohol and insist in the dark for about a week, but you can and less. Next, we prepare syrup from sugar: we dissolve sugar in boiling water and do not forget several times to remove the formed foam. In the present alcohol it is necessary to pour the cooled syrup and distill the resulting mixture. The first 50-70 ml of liquid must be poured out! We run until we get 700 ml of liquid - no more, no less. If you still add - it's very spoil the taste, so you do not need to be greedy. Next, we pour aniseed liquor into a bottle and leave for a day. Only then we filter and leave to infuse for another week.
