Preparation

The dough for flat cakes is cooked incredibly fast. It is enough to mix yogurt with sugar, add the quenched soda or baking powder, pour the melted margarine or butter and mix the flour and salt after that. Correctly cooked flour flour does not stick to your hands, but it remains soft. Do not add too much flour, otherwise the products will turn out to be rubbery and tasteless.

While the dough rests (for ten minutes), we prepare the filling. We cut small cubes of sausage, grate cheese and cut fresh herbs. We mix the components of the filling, and take up the design of the products. Depending on the size of the frying pan, divide the lump into two or three servings and roll out each one or simply mash it with hands until a flat cake is obtained. Center put the filling, and then raise the edges and tear it from above. Now turn the product with a seam down and level it to get a flat cake to fit the bottom of the frying pan. We put the workpiece in an oiled, heated thoroughly thoroughly, wait for the browning of the flat cake on the one hand, reducing the fire. After that, turn it over to another barrel and let it be roasted under the lid until it is ready.

We give finished products a little lying down, having covered a bowl or a plate, and we can try.

Using this recipe as a base, you can prepare tortillas with yogurt, cheese, greens and potatoes or ham , replacing them with sausage or frying products simply with cheese and greens. It will be no less delicious, fragrant and appetizing.

To get a more useful variant of the dish, you can bake cakes with kefir and cheese in the oven. To do this, after the formation of the products, we place them on a baking tray, which is rubbed with a little flour, and bake at a temperature of 195 degrees for fifteen minutes.
