Shrimp - a universal and everyone's favorite snack. They are tasty and useful at the same time, and this combination is not so common on our table. Most of the shrimp are cooked in salted water with herbs, but royal and tiger shrimps are better to fry. Correctly cooked they will be good hot and cold, with beer and without. And it's very simple!

How to cook fried prawns? First they need to be divided: cut off the head, cut along the back and remove the intestinal vein, the shell remains in place. Rinse well and dry with a paper towel. Shrimp salt, pepper, sprinkle with thyme and set aside.

We heat the oil in a frying pan, chop the garlic and chilli fairly large, and fry until a crust is formed. When garlic and pepper give the oil its fragrance, carefully catch them with a noise and discard.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and lime into a frying pan and mix it. Now you can fry the prawns - from two sides for 2 minutes. Spread on a paper towel and let drain off excess oil.

Serve shrimp better warm, with a glass of light white wine. To use it should be slowly (and in another way and not get - they are in the shell), for a friendly conversation.

Shrimp fried in garlic sauce

Heat the oil in a pan, add the finely chopped garlic and fry about 3 minutes. We spread the shrimp in a frying pan, sprinkle finely chopped parsley and keep on medium heat for 2 minutes. Fill all with wine and weighed for another 5 minutes. The main thing is not to overexpose! With prolonged heat treatment, shrimps become "rubber". Solim and pepper already before we shoot from the fire.

Shrimp fried in cream sauce

Prawns are thawed at room temperature, dried with a paper towel and cleaned of shell. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimp for 2 minutes on both sides. Solim, pepper. In another frying pan, crushed garlic, pour in soy sauce, cream, mix.
