Now let's say a few words about coffee.   1. In the kettle you need to boil some water. Then we pour some warm boiled water into the Turk, where we will brew coffee.
  2. We pour ground coffee into the Turk with water. For a standard coffee cup, you need to pour 1,5-2 teaspoons of ground coffee without a roller coaster, but consider your taste preferences, because someone likes coffee stronger, and someone weaker.
  3. Now pour the boiled water from the kettle into the Turk. The total amount of water in the turkey should be approximately equal to the volume of your cup. But at the same time, the maximum water level in the Turk is the level of its narrowest point (isthmus). We draw your attention that it is necessary to pour not boiling water, but only warm, otherwise you will spoil the drink, not yet directly going to the boil.
  4. We put the Turk with water on the fire and wait. You need not miss the moment when your coffee almost boils. That is, it has not yet begun to boil, but is about to begin.   2. Then we pour coffee into the Turk. The amount you determine, on average, 1.5-2 teaspoons of ground coffee without a slide.
  3. Immediately for the coffee we add sugar to taste.
  4. Lightly brown coffee and sugar in a Turkish. When you notice that the sugar starts to melt and the coffee sticks together, it means that you have fried enough. This frying promotes the formation of a good foam.
  5. We pour the water. In this recipe it is better to use cold water, it can be boiled, but it is better not to boiled. The water level again depends on the size of your cup, but not above the level of the narrowest place of the Turks.
