Margarine melt, give a little cool and mix with sour cream. Add the soda, slaked vinegar, and vanillin. Gradually introduce sifted flour. Knead a soft, elastic dough. We divide it into 6 parts. Each one in turn is rolled into a thin rectangular layer with a thickness of only 2 mm and cut into equal squares with a side of 5-6 cm.
