If your relationship with baking leaves much to be desired, we recommend starting with a simple cake in the form of a heart cooked by yourself. To implement a sweet masterpiece in life, only two forms will be needed: round and square (each 20 cm), and along with them a little red or pink food coloring and sugar coating.

To facilitate the preparation process, we will use a packaged biscuit base that you can buy in any supermarket, but you can use your favorite biscuit recipe or choose something to taste from the assortment of recipes on the site.

Before making a cake in the form of a heart, prepare the dough for a biscuit, following the instructions on the package to it. Divide the dough between a pair of prepared forms and send it to bake until ready.

Cook the pudding, fill the powder with milk and add the powdered sugar (35 g). After thickening, allow it to cool.

Whip the cream with the remaining sugar into the cream and mix it with the food color.

Cut the cooled round biscuit in half. Apply a small amount of pudding on the cut and fasten the halves on both sides of the square, folding the heart.

The remainder of the pudding is mixed with a cream of cream and spread over the surface.

Decorate your heart-cooked heart-shaped cake with sugar powder.

Cake "Heart" from mastic

You can effectively and simply decorate a ready-made cake with a heart made of mastic.

Cut out the heart from the paper and place it on the part of the cake that you are going to decorate. Carefully mark the stencil outline in any convenient way.

Roll out the red mastic and cut a circle out of it.

Fold the circle in half twice.

Lubricate the cake surface with water using a brush.

Carefully fix the folded circles of the mastic, remaining within the designated contour.

After filling the contour, a large heart appears on the surface of your treat.
