This recipe is very simple and consists of a classic yeast base with toppings from available summer vegetables. Using the principle of cooking, you can change the composition of pizza at your discretion.

Before you make a pizza without cheese, prepare the dough. Dilute a small amount of sugar in warm water and sprinkle yeast. When the solution is ready, pour it into the flour mixed with salt and knead thoroughly. Leave the dough for a proofing before doubling in volume.

For our simple vegetable filling, cut the chopped eggplants until soft. Separately, save the oyster mushrooms until all the excess moisture evaporates from them. Cut the olives and divide the red onions into thin semirings.

Roll out the dough, cover it with a layer of tomato sauce and place the vegetable toppings in random order. Bake pizza at 230 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Pizza with chicken without cheese on a frying pan

If you do not have the opportunity to cook pizza in the oven, then make it in a frying pan. The dough will also be baked evenly, the crust will be rosy, and cooking will take noticeably less time.

Connect the first three ingredients together with half a glass of warm water. During the mixing process, you can pour in liquid if the mixture is dry and will not mold properly. Leave the dough for a proofing and take over the filling.

Cut the selected vegetables and fry them if necessary.

Roll out a portion of dough into a thin disc and place on the surface of a dry and well-heated cast-iron frying pan. The dishes should in principle have as thick walls as possible in order to keep and distribute heat well. Wait until the cake is browned with one of the sides, turn over, grease everything with sauce and distribute the vegetables with chicken over. When the cake grabs and on the other side - the pizza is ready!
