Baked casserole and cottage cheese

Traditional cottage cheese casserole will be doubly tastier and more satisfying if you add a little kefir to it. A fast and tasty dish is an ideal option for breakfast.

Eggs whisked with sugar, white, add a couple drops of vanilla essence and grated cottage cheese. Fill kefir and start pouring flour into the dough, continuously mixing everything. The latter is sent to the dough soda, it does not need to be quenched, since the dough is already sufficiently sour due to the addition of kefir. Now the mass for the casserole can be poured into a refractory mold, previously lubricated with oil, and sent to the oven. Cottage cheese casserole on kefir will be prepared 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
