At each festive table there must be salads. It's not surprising, because from a simple set of products you can prepare original treats, while changing a couple of components, we already get a new dish. Salads are meat, vegetable, fish. Today we will tell you about the preparation of vegetable salads with tuna.

Salad with tuna, eggs and vegetables

Cooked egg is cleaned and cut into 4 parts. Vegetables are mine and cut: cherry tomatoes in half, cucumbers in half circles, green onion finely chopped. Lettuce leaves are torn in small pieces. We prepare the dressing: combine the butter, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper, mustard and mix. In the salad bowl we spread vegetables, on top - tuna and egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and fill it with dressing. Easy original salad is ready!

Salad with tuna and cucumber

With the tuna, drain the liquid and mash the fish with a fork. Cucumber cut into semicircles, pepper - half rings. If desired, you can add a whole pepper, but it is important that it does not interrupt the taste of other ingredients. Lettuce leaves are torn with their hands. All the ingredients are mixed and seasoned with a mixture of lemon juice and butter.

Salad with mushrooms and tuna

Eggs, rice boil in salted water. Champignons fry with onions. We cover the deep salad bowl with food film and lay the ingredients in layers, spreading each layer with mayonnaise, in the following order: half the rice, mushrooms, eggs (grated on a large grater), tuna, second half of rice. Now turn the salad bowl gently on a flat dish, and remove the film. Ready-made salad can be decorated with tomato slices, cucumber or as desired. We remove salad soak in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
