Then mix it with the necessary amount of granulated sugar and rub it carefully. Then we start to beat the eggs, adding a pinch of salt and a bit of vanilla to them, and after reaching a lush, uniform, lightened mass, we introduce it gradually into the oil mixture and stir it intensively to the maximum possible homogeneity.

In the next step we sift into the obtained substance flour with a baking powder and make a kneading test. Its texture should be very soft and only slightly sticky. We select one third of the total flour coma, divide it into three parts, roll balls out of them and place them in a bag in the freezer for half an hour.

From the remaining dough we form the skeleton for the pie. For this, we spread it into an oiled form and evenly distribute it along the bottom, forming not too high skirts. We place the workpiece in the refrigerator, covered with a film.

After thirty minutes, mix raspberry jam with frozen berries and spread on the dough into a uniform, evenly leveling. We freeze the frozen balls one at a time from the freezer and, grinding the surface of the pie, rubbing them, evenly distributing the chips along the jam.

Now it remains only to bake the cake until ready. To do this, preheat the oven in advance to 185 degrees and place in it a shape with a pie for thirty-five to forty minutes.

For its preparation, the necessary amount of non-liquid jam is mixed with soda and we give fifteen minutes to brew and foam. During this time, just prepare the eggs, treating them with a mixer, along with sugar before lightening. After the time has passed, we mix the jam with the egg mass, sift the wheat flour there and stir thoroughly with a corolla. At the same time we achieve the consistency of the dough, as for the preparation of pancakes.

Next, put the mass in a pre-oiled container for baking and we have an average heated in advance to 180 degrees oven. On average, it takes forty minutes to bake this pie. But depending on the diameter and the size of the baking dish used, the dessert time in the oven can vary more or less.
