Cover the dough with a film and put it into the refrigerator for 20 minutes. After that, we take out and form the syrniki. We pan them in a manga and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. We spread ready-made syrniki on paper towels to remove excess fat.

Now we are preparing the sauce: in a blender we mix half the banana, kefir and a pinch of sugar. And cut the second part of the banana into circles. Spread the cheese cakes on the plates, pour them banana sauce and decorate with banana mugs. We serve the table hot.
