After that, we leave it to stand for 30 minutes, and we turn to the preparation of the filling. The bulb is cleaned, shredded and fried in a small amount of oil. Eggs boil hard boiled, cleaned and crushed in cubes.

Mix all the ingredients of the filling in a bowl, salt to taste. Now take a piece of paper for baking, grease it with oil, spread out a uniform layer of minced meat and gently smear it with egg filling. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and lightly press. We roll the roll, gently lifting the paper from one side, shifting it to the baking tray with a seam down, piercing several holes with a knife and baking a roll with chicken forcemeat in the preheated oven until it is ready.

In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg with a fork, grease the roll with this mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. We wrap it in foil, put it on a baking tray and bake until cooked in the oven for about 30 minutes. Before serving, cut the rolls in small portions, put them on a beautiful dish, decorate with fresh vegetables and green sprigs.

We divide the breasts into two parts: from one we will prepare forcemeat with the addition of onion, salt and spices. And the other part is left whole and sprinkled with spices. We process the pepper, remove the seeds and shred straw.

Now lay out the chicken mince with a uniform layer on the foil, in the middle lay the stuffing from the string bean, sweet pepper, grated cheese and the second fillet with spices. Then turn off the tight roll, fix it with foil and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Then gently open the foil, return the dish to the oven and let it blanch for a few minutes.
