We rid the berries of the chokeberry from the peduncles, rinse them in cold running water and let them dry out a little. We clean the washed apples from the tails, cut out the core and grind it in small slices. We put the prepared berries of black cherry and apple slices in pre-prepared sterile three-liter jars, fill them with boiling syrup, cooked from purified water, sugar and citric acid, immediately roll up the previously boiled lids, turn the bottom up and leave until completely cooled, wrapped in a warm blanket or rug , about a day.

We keep the prepared blank in a dark and preferably cool place.

According to this recipe, a fairly concentrated compote made of chard and apples is obtained, which must be diluted with boiled water before consumption.

In a pan of a suitable size, we place frozen berries of black chokeberry, sliced ​​preliminarily washed lemon, poured cold purified water and put it on the fire. Add the granulated sugar, stir until it dissolves and throw the sprigs of mint. Now bring the compote to a boil, boil for five minutes, turn off the stove and leave to infuse before cooling down under the lid.
